The Kicklighter, constructed in the early 1890s, is one of Jesup's most beloved historical buildings. In 2021, major renovations were completed when the 2nd-floor offices were transformed into upscale accommodations. The Broad Street Inn is a Boutique Hotel located in downtown Jesup, Georgia.

The building was originally constructed in 1934 and serves as a cafe and lodging facility for railroad workers. An extensive renovation project was recently completed in February of 2020.

The Broads Street Inn hosts six rooms for rent and offer a friendly and comfortable lobby, convenient cooking facilities and a relaxing balcony.

Rail enthusiasts can enjoy staying overnight in the middle of downtown Jesup in a historic Atlantic Coastline Caboose. The caboose was used for many years as a tourist attraction. The caboose has been fully renovated into overnight accommodations complete with all ACL decor. Madge's Place can accommodate 3 guests.
